Shipping is including in some prices. Please e-mail us if your item doesn't have a shipping price and we will be happy to get you a shipping quote.

Final payment is due when furniture is complete.

We have no control over delays in custom orders such as antique glass,  custom hardware or lights.

All time frames are an estimate. Our shop does so many custom orders it is hard to give an exact time frame. Custom orders can be hard to estimate time due to the complexity of some of the furniture. This also may slow down the progress of non custom orders.
